Canoeing Experience on the River Kolpa

The Kolpa River is considered one of the warmest and cleanest rivers in this part of Europe and is protected as a nature park.

The green beauty – how we call it, is the border river between Slovenia and Croatia and flows over many smaller dams that were once used for water-powered mills. We will see many fish and birds along the way. Because the river is slow, calm and bohemian, it is also suitable for families with small children and for those who want to disconnect from everyday digital world. The experience is accompanied by a local tourist guide who will explain you secrets of traditional fishing and crabs whistling.
